2. Service Description

North London Cleaners Limited provides professional cleaning services including:

  • Residential house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Educational facility cleaning

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking
  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or through our platform)
  • Prices are quoted based on initial consultation and may vary based on actual conditions
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate conditions
Cancellation Policy
  • 24 hours notice required for cancellations without charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
  • Late payment may incur additional charges
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Secure valuable items and inform us of any fragile items
  • Provide necessary information about cleaning requirements
  • Report any issues promptly after service completion
  • Ensure pets are secured during cleaning

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and reliable cleaning services
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
  • Respect your property and privacy
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Replace or compensate for any damage caused by our negligence

7. Insurance and Liability

North London Cleaners Limited maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damage caused by our negligence
  • The value of our insurance coverage
  • The cost of the cleaning service provided

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage not reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. Your information is used solely for service provision and business operations.

9. Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  • If unresolved, we offer re-cleaning or appropriate compensation
  • Formal complaints can be made in writing to our directors

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of North London Cleaners Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
